A Virtual Art Workshop
Join us for a fun and relaxing virtual art workshop led by artist, Laura Gaddy. During this workshop we will focus on the mandala as a tool for relaxation and mindfulness. The term mandala comes from the ancient Sanskrit language meaning circle, which is the symbol of wholeness. Mandalas have been used as a tool for meditation and contemplation for centuries. Participants will be led through a simple and fun process of creating their own mandala.
