Baton Rouge, La. – Physicians and other healthcare providers in the area are invited to a free event, hosted by Mary Bird Perkins – Our Lady of the Lake Cancer Center. “Multimodality Therapy for Pancreatic Cancer: Where Have We Been and Where Are We Going?” presented by Matthew H.G. Katz, M.D., F.A.C.S, chief of pancreas surgery at MD Anderson Cancer Center, will speak on Nov. 18, 5 – 6 p.m., Our Lady of the Lake Heart and Vascular Institute Auditorium.
