Join us for our Virtual Meditation class every Thursday, 1 p.m. – 2 p.m.. Learn to use your breath to focus attention, reduce stress, and meet the challenges cancer can bring. These classes will introduce various meditation, guided imagery, and breathing techniques and are open to all cancer survivors and caregivers.
