Tap into your creative nature as we do a deep dive into the imagination as we combine two powerful mindfulness tools — art and guided imagery. We will begin the workshop by exploring the benefits of, and practicing, guided imagery followed by an acrylic painting activity built on our guided imagery experience. Developing and strengthening the two tools can help bring more peace and calm to our daily lives.
