Please note that all Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center locations will use Navigating Care, with the exception of Houma and Woman’s Medical Oncology patients. If you experience any issues, please contact feedback@marybird.org.

How to Register Your Navigating Care Account and Get Help

  1. I provided my email to my clinic:
    • Go to patient.navigatingcare.com
    • Scroll down and click “Need to register” and then select “Start here” to request a new invitation 
    • Search your email for “Navigating Care” (don’t forget to check your spam!) 
    • If you still do not see an email, contact Patient Access to confirm your email on file
    • After confirming, ask to be sent a new invitation 
  2. I don’t have an email to provide my clinic:
    • Contact Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center to obtain temporary credentials (if not previously provided)
    • Go to patient.navigatingcare.com
    • Scroll down and select “Sign in with a username”
    • Enter provided login credentials to begin registration
