(Baton Rouge, La.) Mary Bird Perkins – Our Lady of the Lake Cancer Center has been named the recipient of several national and local advertising awards in recognition of its cancer-fighting messages. Accolades were presented from the following: CLIO Healthcare Award, Cancer Awareness Advertising Awards, Healthcare Advertising Awards and Baton Rouge Chapter of the American Advertising Federation.
“With the vast number of communication mediums and information available, sorting through to the true message can often be difficult. I’m proud we have been recognized for effectively communicating information that will help keep our community well and promote good health,” said Linda Lee, Cancer Center administrator.
