At Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center, we recognize that a cancer diagnosis can bring not only health challenges but also significant financial burdens. To help ease this stress, we created the Patient Compassion Fund, which provides direct assistance and financial navigation services for patients in need.

On Thursday, September 4, we will host Give Day, a 24-hour fundraising event with the goal of raising $50,000 in support of this important program. Funds raised will help patients access best-in-class financial navigation services, including guidance on maximizing insurance benefits, applying for co-pay assistance, connecting with national funding sources, and receiving direct aid when other resources are not available.
