To test the effectiveness and safety of Optune® given concomitantly with radiation therapy (RT) and Temozolomide (TMZ) in newly diagnosed GBM patients, compared to radiation therapy and Temozolomide alone. In both arms, Optune® and maintenance Temozolomide are continued following radiation therapy.
