This phase II trial compares two treatment combinations: Gemcitabine Hydrochloride and Nab-Paclitaxel, or Fluorouracil, Leucovorin Calcium, and liposomal Irinotecan in older patients with pancreatic cancer that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic).
