Dr. M. Celeste Lagarde is a breast surgical oncologist in Covington. She completed her medical education and training at Louisiana State University School of Medicine, specializing in breast surgical oncology. Dr. Lagarde served as the Clinical Instructor of Surgery at Louisiana State University School of Medicine from 1980-1992, and subsequently advanced to the position of Assistant Professor of Surgery from 1992-1993.
