Lauren Juneja, MD

Dr. Lauren Juneja is a medical oncologist in Baton Rouge at our Woman’s Cancer Pavilion and Baton Rouge General locations. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science, then earned a Master of Science in Cell and Molecular Biology from Tulane University. Dr. Juneja received a Doctor of Medicine from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in Shreveport, La where she also completed a Hematology/Oncology Fellowship. She is triple board certified in hematology, medical oncology and internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She is a member of Baton Rouge Oncology Group, Louisiana Oncology Society, American Society of Clinical Oncology and American Society of Hematology.

Dr. Juneja has been involved with community volunteering, and previously served as an animal rescue volunteer in New Orleans where she provided food and water to homeless animals and cataloged record of injured animals.
