Join us in an insightful discussion on the benefits of self-care and connection for caregivers, led by Robin Blanche, end-of-life doula, legacy memoirist and TED Talk presenter of “How Talking About Death Can Help You Truly Live.”

In this workshop, we will explore the importance of self-care for caregivers and the impact of burnout. This is a safe and supportive space for anyone who has cared for or is currently caring for someone diagnosed with cancer. Together, we’ll share ways to find support, build self-care practices and prevent burnout.

Support groups are free of charge. For more information, contact Katherine Carroll, LMSW at (225) 215-1349 or kcarroll@marybird.com.

RSVP is required.
