Join us for a calming, stress-relieving yoga class taught by registered yoga teacher, Michelle Ginsburg. Join Michelle to stretch and strengthen your body; develop core strength, alignment, and balance; practice breathing techniques and build flexibility. The class will include mindful meditation promoting inner peace, heightened attention, focus and calmness.
