Please join us for our upcoming 2-part Nutrition Workshop!
In Part 1, we will discuss healthy ways to kick-start your 21-day habit challenge with no food diaries or dramatic low-calorie goals. We will learn how to establish healthy habits.
In Part 2, we will have a group discussion to determine what worked best and what one might have done differently. This workshop will be about personal transformation and accomplishing goals, not
competition!
