Imagery and Art
Tap into your creative nature as we do a deep dive into the imagination as we combine two powerful mindfulness tools—art and guided imagery.  We will begin the workshop by exploring the benefits of, and practicing, guided imagery followed by painting with watercolors to build on our guided imagery experience.
