Community leaders elected to grow and steward endowment fund that supports the fight against cancer
(Baton Rouge, La.) – J. Gerard “Jerry” Jolly, retired partner of KPMG LLP, was recently elected to serve as chair of the Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center Foundation. Jolly has been on the Foundation board since 2013 and served as vice chair from 2016 to 2018. In addition, he serves as an ex-officio member of the Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center board.
Steven J. Moore, Steven J. Moore, LLC, was elected to serve as vice chair and Aza Bowlin, community volunteer, was elected as secretary-treasurer. Donna Saurage, community volunteer, was appointed to serve as immediate past chair. Jeanne James, community volunteer, and Nathaniel Tannehill, Wampold Hospitality Collection, were newly elected to serve on the board. Other board members include Tee Brown, GMFS, LLC; Rebecca Nelson, community volunteer; David Perry, Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services; Todd Stevens, Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center; and Paul R. Thompson, Morgan Stanley Wealth Management.
