Benefits of Home Gala Tickets on Sale Now

Evening of food and fun benefitting cancer patients on the Northshore

 

(Covington, La.) Tickets are now available for the annual Benefits of Home Gala, a signature event benefitting cancer patients on the Northshore. Presented by HUB International, the event is August 17 at 6:30 p.m. and will be held at a new location, the Tchefuncta Country Club, #2 Pinecrest Drive, Covington, La.

The event will include a variety of cuisine from a number of featured restaurants, including Gallagher’s Grill, The Dakota, bacobar, Lola, Pardo’s American Bistro and more. There will also be an open bar, live music provided by dueling pianos and live and silent auctions. Tickets to the Benefits of Home Gala are $150 per person. In addition to the party atmosphere guest are also invited to participate in a few new activities, including:

  • Bourbon tasting and putting contest – Guests can make a donation to sample Bourbon and putt on the green for a chance to win a bottle of Pappy Van Winkle Bourbon
  • Kendra Scott Jewelry Pull –Guests can participate in a jewelry pull for pieces of Kendra Scott jewelry of varying values
  • Win the Golden Ticket – Guests can enter for a chance to win the Golden Ticket that will allow them to go home with the live auction package of their choice

Every dollar raised for the Benefits of Home Gala benefits patients on the Northshore. Proceeds provide funding for advancing prevention, research, survivorship, innovation, teamwork and patient assistance. Since its inception, Benefits of Home has raised over $1 million dollars.
