Benefits of Home Gala tickets on sale now

(Covington) Tickets are now available for the annual Benefits of Home Gala, a signature event benefiting Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center at St. Tammany Parish Hospital. Presented by HUB International, the event is Thursday, Aug. 18 at 6:30 p.m. and hosted by Franco’s Health Club and Spa in Mandeville, 100 Bon Temps Roule. The evening features award-winning cuisine from the Northshore’s top restaurants and caterers, open bar, dueling pianos, live and silent auctions and the 365 Wall of Giving, where guests can purchase a day of the year in honor of a loved one. “Whether you purchase a ticket to attend, take home an auction item or purchase a day in honor of a loved one, you are investing in saving someone’s life,” said Alan Zaunbrecher, event chair and Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center board member. “Funds raised through this event help provide the most advanced, comprehensive cancer care available to Northshore residents, close to home.” Tickets for Benefits of Home are $150.
