‘King Cakes for a Cause’ to raise funds for Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center at TGMC

Cannata’s Family Market is supporting the fight against cancer

Cannata’s Family Market is supporting the fight against cancer this Mardi Gras season through its “King Cakes for a Cause” promotion, benefiting Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center at TGMC.

Cannata’s will donate 10 percent of in-store Gooey Butter Snickerdoodle King Cake sales now through February 13 when shoppers mention Mary Bird Perkins at the register. Orders placed on www.cannataskingcakes.com/marybird will also benefit the Cancer Center and can be shipped to friends, family members and businesses.

All proceeds raised through “King Cakes for a Cause” will stay in the Bayou Region to help provide free cancer screenings and other services to those in need.
