A significant renovation and expansion project has been recently completed in a number of areas as part of the Terrebonne General. Terrebonne General has invested more than $4 million into this renovation, which includes adding an expansive infusion suite, a fitness and wellness area, enhancing radiation technology, key cancer support services, and expanding the facility by more than 15,336 square feet to serve the Bayou Region in an even more impactful way.
“This renovation and expansion project has brought even more state-of-the-art, comprehensive services to our patients in a calming, comforting environment,” said Phyllis Peoples, President and CEO of Terrebonne General Health System. “Our goal continues to be providing the best and most advanced cancer care in the region with the patient’s utmost needs in mind.”
The project’s upgrades include:

It’s about always putting the patient first.”
The Cancer Center’s renovation has included multiple support services, all of which further Terrebonne General’s commitment to bringing support and healing to patients.
New and existing support services located on the second floor for patient convenience include:
