Jennifer Diane Aldana, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner at Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center in Covington. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing in 2025 from Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond and completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the same institution in 2018. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Aldana served as a Clinical Research Nurse at Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center, where she coordinated and participated in oncologic and pharmaceutical clinical trials, managed research patients and ensured protocol compliance. Her clinical background also includes experience as a registered nurse in telemetry and medical-surgical care at Lakeview Regional Medical Center. Aldana is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and brings a strong foundation in patient education, research and compassionate oncology care to her practice at Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center.
