Gonzales – Healing Arts Workshop – Art and Guided Imagery

Main Street, Gonzales, LA 70737 Tap into your creative nature as we do a deep dive into the imagination as we combine two powerful mindfulness tools — art and guided imagery. We will begin the workshop by exploring the benefits of, and practicing, guided imagery followed by an acrylic painting activity built on our guided imagery experience.
